Frequently Asked Questions
Answers before you ask.
Everything you need to know about our deployment process, insurance coverage and day-to-day service protocols.
Deployment Process
After an initial site assessment, we typically mobilise a manned deployment within 48–72 hours for standard sites. Larger or higher-risk sites may require a longer planning window to ensure the right personnel, equipment and protocols are in place.
A security consultant visits your premises to assess risk, access points, perimeter, lighting and operational hours. You then receive a tailored deployment plan covering personnel numbers, shift patterns, equipment and reporting.
We provide both, depending on your risk profile and regulatory requirements. Armed deployments are carried out by licensed personnel under strict protocols, and we will recommend the appropriate level after your assessment.
Yes. Our teams are trained to operate alongside installed surveillance and access systems, and we can supply or upgrade equipment through our security store where gaps are identified.
Deployments run on structured shift rosters with 24/7 coverage, handover logs and supervision. You receive point-of-contact access to a dedicated supervisor and our control room at all times.
Insurance & Coverage
Yes. Our officers are covered under our operational insurance, and documentation is available on request. Specific coverage details are confirmed in your service agreement.
We maintain professional and public liability cover. The scope applicable to your engagement is outlined in your proposal and service agreement.
Officers follow documented incident-response protocols: secure the scene, escalate to our control room, and notify your designated contact. You receive a written incident report, and where required we coordinate with the appropriate authorities.
Our personnel are vetted and operate under our corporate accountability. Bonding and fidelity arrangements can be discussed and formalised within your service agreement.
Service Protocols
