Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the P-BERETTA website pberetta.com (the "Site"), our security services, and our online security store.

By accessing the Site, requesting a consultation, applying for a role, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

Definitions

• "You", "your" refers to any visitor, client, applicant or customer using the Site or our services.
• "Services" refers to the security, surveillance and protection services we provide.
• "Products" refers to equipment and devices offered through our security store.
• "Regulated Products" refers to items subject to licensing or regulatory restrictions and marked as requiring enquiry.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it. You must not attempt to interfere with the security of the Site or submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.

Services

Security services are tailored to each client and environment following a consultation and site assessment. Detailed scope, pricing and terms of engagement are set out in a separate service agreement.

P-BERETTA does not guarantee specific outcomes in every security scenario. Our personnel operate to professional standards, but security outcomes depend on many variables outside our control.

Products and Orders

All products displayed on the security store are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including where pricing or product information is incorrect, or where a regulated product cannot be lawfully supplied.

• Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may change without notice.
• Orders are confirmed once accepted and payment is verified.
• Delivery timescales are estimates and may vary by location and logistics.
• Ownership of products passes to you upon full payment and delivery.

Regulated Products

Certain products require licensing, authorisation or regulatory approval before purchase or possession. These items are displayed with a "Request Information" option in place of an add-to-cart action.

For regulated products, you may be required to provide identification, licensing details or other documentation before we can supply the item. Supply remains at our discretion and subject to applicable law.

Payments

Payment must be made in full unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods and terms are communicated at checkout or in your service agreement. Pricing errors, where they occur, may be corrected and affected orders cancelled with a full refund.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Where a product is faulty or incorrectly supplied, please contact us promptly with your order details. Regulated, custom or special-order items may be non-returnable except where required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, P-BERETTA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, our products or our services.

Our total liability in connection with any product or service is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service, unless otherwise required by law.
